Join me for this one day love-filled workshop. We will be making hearts. Make one for yourself or your sweetie. You choose between an indoor mosaic for the wall or an outdoor garden paver.  

No previous mosaic experience necessary. Each student will be guided through the design process to create a 12” x 12” mosaic of their choice. In this one day workshop students will be introduced to the types of glass applicable to mosaic and will learn to use mosaic tools to cut and shape glass into tesserae (the pieces that make a mosaic). Glass mosaic design, double direct method, direct method, and grouting technique will be discussed. I will send you home with material to grout at home. Adhesives, substrates, terminology, finishing will be presented. The more mosaic experience you have determines the detail in your mosaic. You can do this!
